There are several available for free on the Internet, but ilovepdf. Within seconds, the site will download a much smaller, compressed pdf file. We uploaded a whopping, huge 47 MB file and a few seconds later, using a high speed Internet connection, the site automatically compressed it then downloaded a 28 KB file!!!!!
The quality visually appeared the same. Not only will the 28 KB be easier to email, but it will save on storage space, whether you are using Form Simplicity Professional or Ultimate storage account, or on your network or removable storage device at your brokerage office.

However--crazy as it sounds--if you post the file online, then you CAN add it to your home screen. Upload the file, then browse to the file with Safari, then click the "right arrow in a box" icon at the bottom of the screen.
From there, you have nine options for the file, one of which is "add to Home Screen". This functionality was enhanced in iOS 6, but I'm almost certain the ability to "add a webpage to the homescreen" existed in iOS 5. Of course the caveat is the file is not stored on your device: you have to load it as a webpage everytime you access it.
