The error is the same. I downloaded this file a long time ago and it can be read, but the one downloaded just now displays the mentioned error. It's actually raw. Also related to nowadays. I'm not sure if we can improve the download behavior from sites providing notebooks for rendering on nbviewer, except by proxying the download which likely introduces a slew of other issues.
