You are doing something wrong. Tap OK and the older version of Netflix should download to your iDevice. I fear you maybe right. I did a test, myself. It is running iOS 5. That would be a real bummer for older iPad users, now. Luckily, I have the really old Netflix app for iOS 5. And I already have an iOS 9 compatible version on my iPad 2. That is amazing. I am hoping that this may be just some sort of temporary issue. Not good!
