Mod manager download speeds stuck at 200 kbs

I'm unsure if this is a temporary speed issue, as it's only being affected by downloading through vortex and it's been happening since yesterday. I'm aware that the solution would be to just download manually and install from file, but if there is anything I could try to fix it that would be great.

Once again, sorry if this is the wrong form to report this potential bug. A very painfully slow experience as downloading anything at that speed takes a long time, and I know it's not my internet connection because if I download manually I don't have this problem. Post by Alex » Mon Dec 21, am Hello, If you experience such problems, answers to these questions can help to resolve the issue or create a good report to the developers, so they can understand the reason and try to fix it. Is your current traffic usage mode set to High? Is Snail mode turned off? Did you ever change settings of High traffic usage mode? Setting maximum number of connections settings to too low values can dramatically decrease downloading speed.

Do you use any of them? You also can check this by uninstalling them just disabling them can be not enough.
